Excellent service with a smile.  I think we were extremely lucky to have booked the service with the company.  Kennedy went above and beyond, not just driving us around from Jakarta to Bandung, taking us to the places we wanted to go, but was also full of very, very useful suggestions on where to eat, where to shop, which spa to go to etc etc. He is truly passionate about his role, always accomodating our change of plans, always kind and smiling. He is a wealth of information, too.  He truly made a huge difference to our trip.  Highly recommended!   Thank you, Kennedy.

Sa aming pagdating noong May 11 (Sabado) ng madaling araw, sinundo kami ni Mr. kenedy na matiyagang naghintay sa amin sa airport. Napaka accomodating nya at di kami iniwan hanggang di kami nakaka check in sa Residences na aming tutuluyan. Siya ang nagsilbing tour guide nmin sa loob ng pamamalagi namin sa Jakarta, inilibot nya kami sa mga tourist spots. Napakabait, matulungin at masayang kasama. Di kami nagkamali na kunin ang kanyang serbisyo habang kami ay nasa Jakarta. We book with this company pretty last minute as we wasn't able to get any driver for our trip from Jakarta - Bandung - Bogor. We were surprise that Mr Kenedy really accepted our request and even cater us great service despite the last minute booking. We really appreciate Mr Kenedy assistance. He was very prompt with his replies and easy to talk to when u have questions or doubts.

Even better when the driver (Mr Adek) that drives us around indonesia is a nice guy!

He had helped my sister when she was having an asthma attack during our holiday. He drove us to the nearest hospital for her treatment and we are so grateful to him.

My kids really like being around him and he is so approachable.

He had given us great recommendations to where shall we eat for our dinner which was a blast! 😋

Not to mention, We were surprise how clean the vehicle was and very cosy for our big family.

We recently had the pleasure of utilizing the transport service provided by this Company, and we must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The team from here have shown true professionalism and their attention to detail were evident from the moment they arrived. Not only was the vehicle immaculately clean and comfortable, but their driver (lets call him KD) also demonstrated exemplary driving skills, ensuring a smooth and safe journey throughout.

What truly set them apart, however, was their outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, whether it was adjusting the temperature in the vehicle or providing insightful recommendations about local attractions and restaurants. KD's friendly demeanor and willingness to engage in meaningful conversation made the ride not only enjoyable but also memorable.

Kennedy is more than just a driver! A normal driver does not bring you around to try local food, but he did, and he did it for free!

As a driver, he was fantastic too! He picked me up on time both from the airport and and then again from the hotel later on. His driving is safe and the car is comfortable. You will feel at ease in the car with him, making the traffic jam in Jakarta bearable.

I couldn’t have asked for more. I booked a driver, but got a friend instead :)

I hire kenedy's service to bring me and my family around town and to go to three indonesian government offices for the legalisation process. Kenedy was super helpful. There were times when  we had to make payments but not having a bank account in indonesia was an issue. Kenedy offered to pay for it (twice). He also took the effort to go with us to the offices and ask questions on our behalf. Kenedy was always punctual, and very accommodating. His cars were very comfortable and clean. He prepared mineral water for us.. and at one time even offered to queue for us when the restaurant that we went to had a queue. We were super happy with his service😃😍

Alpha-Merauke reached out to me a few days prior to my pre-booked transfer from CGK to the city to confirm my details, which was a nice touch. His English is excellent and he picked me up in a safe and clean vehicle. He drove me four times within a few days between my hotel and the airport and also was happy to stop at ATMs, pharmacies etc. He even offered to help out with translating as I was in need of hard to get medications and it’s difficult to deal with pharmacists if you don’t speak their language. I wouldn’t take the time to write a review if he was not an amazing guy. He went above and beyond to help me out and whenever in Jakarta I’ll be back. Thanks and all the best!
